I have been with this property almost a year and the management have already been changed 3 times not to mention it was just changed before Christmas 2014. The new manager and assistant manager do not know which is which the lady depending which situation she want to handle. Sarah did not ever once put the blame on anyone else, she dealt with what she had to accordingly.

I have been here for 10 months, when I first moved in the management was very nice and a maintenance request took 1 to 2 days. I have put in two maintenance request in the past month neither was responded to. When I made a third request about my front door panel was broken from one trying to break in she became rude saying well she don't see it on the request & told me she will put it in ... Well it have been three days later and still not fixed. Plus they are very unorganized they place dumpsters around the premises and not use the correct area for dumpsters.

They continue to make promises about online bill pay and gate accesses each month after 3 months and still none. The Management keeps changing and they are not professional and uncaring. If you place a work order you don't get anything in writing. This apartment is owned by Blue Rock Partner, LLC and if you check Better Business Bureau they have a poor rating. The apartments look nice on the outside but that is about it. They really need to renovate which they have started but you better really check out the apartment.

The animal has literally dug a hole through my ceiling in the living room. The head security refuses to come and fix it and the Manager is never available. The people in the office are EXTREMELY RUDE. Now I have roaches coming out of my ceiling and I am constantly scared that the animal is going to come through the roof. I have had to sleep with my bedroom door closed. I have never dealt with a company so insensitive to their tenants needs and concerns. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Save yourself the headache.
